Wall Decals for the Nursery

My aunt sent me a set of wall decals to add to the nursery. (Thank you!) I hadn’t planned for them, and was pleasantly surprised by how well they worked with my existing design for the nursery.

There may come a day when there’s a little too much pink going on, if we have a boy, but the great thing about these decals is how easily they can be removed from the wall. So if we do have a little boy who doesn’t love pink (or a little girl who doesn’t love pink!), we can peel off the little hearts and pink flowers, and still have a lovely bit of art on the wall. I also love how perfectly the yellow owls coordinate with the yellow clock. It’s like it was planned all along.

In addition to the tree, the decal set came with some ground critters and flowers. I think it’s rather funny how the hedgehog blends in so well with the wall color. It’s a stealth hedgehog! The big round eyes make me think that we’ve caught these little guys up to some mischief. I think my aunt did well, don’t you?

I’m so glad you like them! They do look like they were part of the plan, don’t they?
