I made fettucine alfredo from scratch tonight. Usually, I just use a jar of pre-made sauce, but I didn’t have that on hand and I needed fettucine alfredo. I had no idea how easy it was to make it yourself, or I would have been doing this all along. Nor did I know that, simple as it is, it tastes so much better when you make it yourself. So long, jars of sauce.
On a completely embarrassing note, this was so delicious that the two servings I made for dinner (one for me, one for husband), just weren’t enough. I may have made second dinner, right after we finished, and it may have been delicious all over again. I’m not telling.
